Home
Hello all! I made it home safe and sound. My flights went by pretty quickly. I was exhausted by the time I arrived in Chicago though!
Sorry for the lack of blog posts during my last few days in Paris. Getting internet was such a hassle; not to mention, I wanted to try my best to make the most of my last days in France.
Paris was wonderful. Really though, we would have had to stay for over a month to do all of the things I wanted to do. Our days were really long because we tried to pack so many things into them. Some of my favorites were the Musee d'Orangerie, the Catacombs, the Eiffel Tower (of course), picnics by the Seine, mass at Notre Dame, La Sainte-Chapelle and Sacre Coeur. Hopefully, my computer will allow me to upload some photos of these wonderful places.
Lots of Love. Thanks for reading.

Only 15 minutes of Internet!
I finally got connected to McDonald’s internet. Unfortunately, I have to leave in 10 minutes…
Some highlights from this weekend:
a. Three art museums: The Louvre, Musee d’Orsay, Musee d’Orangerie. All absolutely amazing. The Mona Lisa was a mob scene. I couldn’t believe it! My favorite = Monet’s water lilies. So beautiful!
b. Picnic by the river last night. After, a walk down the Champs Elysees to the Arc de Triomphe. So pretty! And we got delicious ice cream…yum.
c. Tons of French bread and cheese.
d. Tonight- mass at Notre Dame and after, bread, cheese and wine picnic by the Eiffel Tower
e. Bad news: My legs and feet are slowly falling apart from all the walking.
f. More bad news: Haven’t eaten a pastry since Rennes.
g. Goods news: I still love Paris. Although, I could do without the high school-like drama.
h. Only three more days! Where has the time gone??
Mucho Love
